Marketers will be expected to work anywhere in Nigeria , based on where they reside. So this can as well be any where in the world as we now live in a global village.
Everybody will be assessed by their performance as it relates to their account turnover from time to time, and those found wanting, will be deleted from the project as it will be interpreted to mean such marketers are non performers.
The marketer can be on a part time or full time basis, which attract different remuneration packages. This however will be based on how individual marketers want to key into this project.
This arrangement is such that it is extra curricular job activity which does not affect the present job of anyone; all it takes is to add Insurance Policies Marketing into their schedule as they ordinarily go about their lawful duties so they can earn a commission on sales. This as we said earlier can be on a part time or full time basis.
Training will be conducted by the Insurance Company, where everyone will be expected to come and get educated about their products, target markets, and documentation, aside from getting working materials.
